If you’re outside the UK, please visit www.holyroses.com.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.
You will see the estimated shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. For any questions, feel free to contact us.

Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. Please check these before ordering. 

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

VAT is added to orders in the UK at checkout.  If the order is over £135 there are 2 options.  First I ship it to my warehouse in the UK and then they ship it out to  you.  2) I refund the VAT and I ship direct to you, and you pay the VAT direct to the post office/FedEx before it is delivered.  They charge a fee for this.  Let’s talk before hand if this is the situation.   Contact Us.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available, via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its expected arrival date.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@holyroses.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
